Interestingly, the willingness of Big Pharma to do something came up in a talk we recently attended at a sex toy store on female orgasms (seriously). In the context of why there is Viagra but no female equivalent.
The short answer is they know the market for old white guys with expendable income. Not so much for anyone else. It’s all about the marketing. Seriously. If there was a perceived high demand for it (and you can argue about how the perception comes to be), there would be such a product for the ladies.
