1. You know you’re old when you are beginning more and more sentences with “When I was a kid…”.

2. My heart is divided between love and self-loathing, quite often.

3. A vacation would be great, too bad I can’t afford one of any length. San Diego, here we come! I cannot wait.

4. I have felt the warmth of another’s heart, I have known the depths of my own despair.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to dinner with some new friends; tomorrow my plans include a massage, reffing a soccer game, and Uppity’s birthday bash. And Sunday, I get to sleep in then play soccer in the afternoon.
